Orders

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Stores are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. 

Once your order has been shipped a tracking information will be provided. House of Viragos is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

 

  • RETURNS: 

House of Viragos return policy is as follows (it is your responsibility as a consumer to be aware of the store policy): 

 NO return
NO refund of money is made under any situation.

 

 Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy. 

 

  • EXCHANGES: 

Exchanges without approval will be returned to the sender.

You will only have 5 days date to request an exchange.
